We close for ALL orders 14 th November to guarentee Christmas delivery.

ANYTHING ORDERED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE SHIPPED JANUARY .

we then REOPEN January 15th.

Covid-19 and other Virus

Royal Mail deliveries are slightly delayed please keep an eye on your tracking when given.

Borders to overseas countries may close due to covid and other viruses

If your item has been dispatched and your border closes we cannot issue a refund as your item will reach you once your border reopens.

if your border closes while the item is been designed again we cannot issue you a refund as your item will still get to you.

DELAYS

Royal Mail and Parcelforce have issued strike dates please refer to their own websites for dates and details

Payments

We accept PayPal and most bank cards.

Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping will be 3 to 8 weeks depending on how busy we are. Please DO NOT solely rely on the product listing processing times as these DO change.

Estimate Delivery times:

After the designing process you will receive a tracking number and then the dates below start:

United Kingdom: 3-7 Business days.

Worldwide: 10-25 Business days.

I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but I can't guarantee them, tracking is given once shipped for you the customer to track and locate.

If at any point an item becomes missing it is up to you as the customer to use your tracking to locate if an item hasn't reached you after 25 days of receipt of tracking or the tracking hasn't been updated please contact me.

ONCE WE SHIP YOUR ITEM THE ITEM WILL THEN BE IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM AND NOT IN OUR HANDS ANYMORE. if you have a postal problem please use your tracking with the courier

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or postal delays

Refunds

We DO NOT accept refunds or returns on custom

As items take hours to days to complete when i start working on them this is the reason we DO NOT accept returns

if there is a problem with your order don`t hesitate to contact us BEFORE leaving any feedback.

Sizing

We have sizing guides to help on the website, It is up to YOU as the customer to make sure you order the correct size as we spend a lot of time designing each pair. Due to this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If before your purchase you need sizing help you can contact us.

Alternativley you can send your own shoes to me to be designed

ADDRESSES

YOU, as the customer are responsible to give the correct address as once, ordered this CAN NOT be changed and we WILL ship only to the address given upon ordering.

Packaging

Please note Not all orders come in a box.

If you require your item in a box please message me.

3D printed/sculpted and light-up items ALWAYS come in a box of our choosing or bubble wrap.

We use eco-friendly packaging

Natural tissue paper

Eco peanut foams

eco bubble wrap

The outer plastic packaging and eco bubble wrap can be recycled in your plastics bin or reused.

Urgent for animal safety it is best to avoid giving any cardboard packaging to them due to royal mail spraying the boxes with disinfectant.

Designing

Most items are Hand-painted which means these have been freely hand designed in my own image and not a direct copy! A little like fan art.

Crystals some may come loose with wear and we add extra in a little pouch for when needed , as ALL crystal items even from a factory. To wash please use window cleaner and a soft rag.

Hand-painted items may have slight spills or tiny mistakes which deems each item unique and one of a kind.

to wash please use a soft rag and warm water leave to dry naturally

Fabric items are secured with specialist glues and stitches (if required) glue may be visible.

fabric items are not waterproof and if get wet may stain.

to wash wipe with a clean rag and warm water, leave to dry

Glitter items WILL slightly shed when first worn and around the bottoms will wear away over time if constantly worn just like any glitter item would.

to clean please use a soft non cotton rag with warm water and leave to dry naturally.

3D printed items have been made using eco-friendly plant-based materials strong and waterproof.

to clean please use a warm wet rag and leave to dry naturally.

Clay sculpted these items are shatterproof, care must still be taken when wearing.

to clean use a damp cloth and leave to dry naturally

Lace coated these have been sealed and are water resistant but if muddy will stain

please wipe gently with warm water on a soft rag

Each item takes from 4 hours to 7 days to design and is priced according to time/supplies , price may differ every now and again

MYGROOVYSHOES.COM was created in 2019 by groovy shoes and accessories established in 2013.

we have now changed our name to Ghoulish shoes and our website and social media will change accordingly by January 2021

we do not recommend these items to be used as daily winter or rain wear.

Charge

A cancellation charge of

£10 purse

£30 shoes and boots

£20 bags

This will apply if a cancellation is made after 1 hour of ordering.

Legal

If at any point a customer or anyone who contacts us becomes threatening or suspicious we have every right to block the said person from ordering in the future and or party and cancel orders when and where we see fit.

If the behavior continues we have every right to seek legal action!
